Subprocessors

What is a subprocessor?

A subprocessor is a third-party company that SimOracle engages to process personal data on our behalf as part of delivering our services. This page lists all subprocessors currently used in connection with the SimOracle platform and website operations.

Enterprise deployments may involve additional subprocessors specific to your infrastructure configuration. These are disclosed in your organization's Data Processing Agreement.

Website and marketing operations

These subprocessors support our public website, marketing communications, and inquiry handling: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and delivery, US/EU edge nodes), Google Analytics (aggregated website analytics, United States), transactional email delivery provider, and CRM for inquiry management and sales.

Platform infrastructure

These subprocessors underpin the SimOracle platform stack for enterprise clients. Specific subprocessors for your deployment are disclosed in your Data Processing Agreement.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides cloud infrastructure, compute, and storage in customer-selected regions with US and EU options available. Additional providers cover AI model inference, system monitoring, and error tracking where applicable.

Change notification policy

SimOracle will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before engaging a new subprocessor or making a material change to an existing subprocessor's role or data location. Notice is provided to enterprise clients via email notification to your designated privacy or legal contact, and by update to this page.

If you have objections to a new subprocessor on data protection grounds, contact your account manager or email hello@simoracle.com with "Subprocessor Objection" in the subject line. Your DPA governs the process for handling such objections.
